She works with business owners and executives to enhance transformational leadership skills and increase an organization’s productivity and profitability to accelerate business growth. 

Through our organizational consulting and proprietary StratPro program, she leads companies through transformation by identifying  and correcting hidden blind spots so they can quickly achieve more productivity and profitability.

Carol's dad was the first college graduate in his family. He and her Mom taught me and my brother and sister to value education.  Well, because I needed to not go to school anymore, I wrote a dissertation and received a Ph.D Leadership and Organizational Change from Walden University.  She uses change management and agile methodology when approaching an organization's challenges. 

As a result of her work, her clients consistently report business growth. One client recently let her know he was able to expand his market reach and triple his business. Perhaps more importantly, his wife said he has so much free time now that she doesn’t think he works anymore.
